Mission Beach

A narrow strip of land along San Diego's coastline juts out into the ocean and forms the community of Mission Beach. Mission Beach is a great beach community on the 2-mile stretch of land that is both peaceful and relaxed as well as fun and lively. Mission Boulevard hosts many famous bars and restaurants that draw residents and visitors to the area. The bars, including The Sandbar Sports Grill, The Beachcomber, and The Pennant, are known to be laid-back gathering places for young vibrant crowds that are busy most days of the week.

Mission Beach offer numerous opportunities for residents to enjoy the nature and outdoors. Residents of Mission Beach can enjoy taking in the sun, surfing, playing games on the beach like horseshoes and frisbee, bicycling, and other fun outdoor activities. Sea World San Diego, a marine mammal educational and amusement park, is a few minutes drive from Mission Beach. In Mission beach itself, it the historic and famous Belmont Park. Belmont Park boasts a slew of fun amusement park rides, including the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, a famous coastline coaster that attracts many visitors to the area, and the Mission beach Plunge, a fun salt water pool. Belmont Park is a favorite destination and notable landmark of Mission Beach that draws the attention and visitation of both residents and visitors to the area.
